COVID 19 UPDATE

In these unprecedented and ever evolving times, we would like to ensure you that we are implementing the following appropriate measures, as recommended by the Australian Government, Dept. of Health, to help protect our clients and staff.

  • We kindly request that our clients advise us if there is anyone in the house with any cold or flu symptoms or anyone who is self-isolating at home because they are a close contact with someone with COVID-19. In this instance we will cancel your scheduled booking and reschedule after 14 days. This equally applies to all our of staff. You can be sure that if any of the above apply to any of our staff, they will immediately cease work and self isolate for 14 days.

  • We are practicing strict social distancing (1.5-2m distance from each other and customers).

  • Thorough and regular hand-washing and application of hand sanitiser before wearing gloves.

  • Gloves and face masks are worn at all times.

  • Cleaning equipment is disinfected between services.

  • Cleaning cloths are colour coded to prevent cross contamination across all surfaces.

  • Our staff are regularly updated with current news and recommendations from the Department of Health.
